Torrent Wines gave Perth-based creative agency Studio Lost & Found the task of designing the labels and packaging for its new retail brand.

The wine company has been growing grapes in the Swan Valley, Western Australia, for three generations, but its decision to build a cellar door and restaurant called for a new brand as well.

The D’Angelo family needed a style that would be authentic to them but also stand out from the crowd.

Studio Lost & Found established a brand strategy and product portfolio that celebrated the company's Italian heritage, and its philosophy that 'the three most important things in life are family, food, and wine'.

Label World printed the labels in three-spot Pantone colours on a premium uncoated label stock, with matt gold foil stamping and a high-build silkscreen varnish.

Custom, hand-painted typography was used for the text: 'La Famiglia il Cibo é il Vino'.
