In the pursuit of sustainable, flexible and efficient packaging solutions, Nupac will present the SN Maschinenbau FME 50 Horizontal Rotary Form Fill & Seal machine and the Syntegon SVX VFFS Bagger on stand D120 at APPEX 2024.
The company says this compact and highly reliable machine is the ideal solution for growing manufacturers looking for the next step towards increased speed and output.
Using the SN Maschinenbau technology, the FME 50 supports various pouch sizes, including stand-up, four-side sealed and gusseted pouches, with easy format changes within 15 minutes. Sustainable films and the insertion of resealing systems (zipper) are also possible, providing a versatile solution for manufacturers across a range of industries. The FME 50 also operates with a surprisingly low energy expenditure.
With what the company describes as high-quality components ensuring longevity, this machine minimises downtime due to maintenance and failure, contributing to a more sustainable processing approach.
Despite its modest size, the FME 50 offers flexibility in packaging diverse products across industries, boasting a speed of up to 100 cycles per minute. The optional auger dosing system, tailored for the FME 50 also enables precise filling of powders, spices, chunky goods, snacks, pet foods and much more.
The SN Maschinenbau FME 50 combines reliability, ease of use, and high flexibility, reducing downtime and increasing OEE for manufacturers. With its commitment to a greener packaging process and improved OEE, Nupac invites you to explore the capabilities of the FME 50 at their stand, leading the way to a more sustainable and efficient future in packaging.
