HMPS has developed HMPSVision to enable remote assistance and self-diagnostic ability to resolve faults. The devices will work in challenging environments and can be transferred from machine to machine.

HMPS creates a range of packaging systems that are implemented across Australia and internationally. The company designs and engineers robotic and automation machinery to suit specific packaging needs.

This HMPS system uses a hand-held portable video system (Android mobile phone), which can be positioned anywhere in the machine.

The company says the system is easy to use and install; comes in a water-resistant case; is simple to configure and mount; able to be relocated to different HMPS machines; and provides direct vision of faults and videos of faults. The system is compatible with most HMPS models and it can tag videos with a fault narrative.
