The URL address for Menges Roller Company is the same as it has always been. Everything else about the website is different. Menges Roller Company knows the best solution for so many technical issues. Users of its new website can too.

Jeff Awe, marketing director for Menges Roller, explained, “Some companies take a very austere approach, and you have to wonder what they do. We wanted to clearly show and explain - with visuals and straightforward problem-solution language - what our rollers do, what their benefits are, and why we are a great company to partner with.”

Menges Roller Company provides the plastics, paper, nonwovens, and allied metals markets with high-performance heat transfer & chill rolls, large process rolls, as well as rubber rollers featuring high-release silicone, abrasion-resistant urethanes, and specialty-blend synthetic elastomers. So its primary markets are OEMs and large-scale end-users involved in raw material manufacturing and/or value-added converting operations. It also provides a full range of maintenance and repair services, from comprehensive roll refurbishing, to journal and core replacement, dynamic balancing, parabolic crowning, chrome finishing, and rubber covering options, which includes a multitude of groove and serration options.

The new site takes the approach of offering easily-understood solutions to the wealth of technical issues its customers face in their businesses. The format makes understanding the roller company’s product and service offerings in a way that goes beyond “what we offer”.  The new website includes several videos, industry links, social media linkage and various means of interfacing with the Menges Roller engineering team. It also features several “all in one industry buttons” that give summary lists of all the products and services Menges Roller offers for a particular industry. This makes the site user-friendly and minimizes the time users have to spend searching for the solution that’s most relevant to their issue at hand.

Matt Menges, president of Menges Roller, noted, “We’re constantly updating our rubber roller elastomers, our chill roll designs, and our secondary services…and this new site reflects these solutions. Converting technology is advancing every day, and Menges Roller is advancing as well, stride for stride.”

The website will be updated regularly to feature appearances at trade shows and technical conferences.
