Between 7am and 8.30am each morning during Monkey and the Big Fella's broadcast, select sites around Warrnambool will be visited by Coast FM, a fluoro cow, and a truckload of milk.

Sungold’s business manager Bill Slater said the fluoro yellow repackaging is "a bit of fun" to show support in the heat.

Food relief agencies and social welfare organisations have questioned the committee’s decision to reject the bill outright rather than make recommendations for amendments.
