Spray systems that make bakeries and other businesses more efficient and cost-effective are a big focus for Victoria-based Spraying Systems.

Its AutoJet Bread Pan Oiling Spray System, for example, helps solve the problem of loaves sticking to the sides of bread pans after baking.

The system is designed to coat the pans with oil to prevent sticking, and ensure automatic release after baking.

It delivers an even and consistent spray to the pans while monitoring the temperature of the oil.

The pressure is automatically adjusted to compensate for any changes in liquid viscosity.

Benefits include reduction in oil waste by up to 80-90 per cent; increase in production; and a reduction in cleaning costs.

The volume of oil used per pan can be controlled and monitored as well.

The system uses Precision Spray Control (PSC) to prevent overspray and maximise coverage of the pan surface.

The 29JAU air atomising spray nozzles have custom-made spray tips, and are used for high speed or short duration applications.

Spraying Systems can be found at Stand 611 at AUSPACK 2017, taking place from 7-10 March at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
