Haver & Boecker Australia is launching Roto-Lock, its new dosing technology for the filling of valve bags in its new machines, which it says eliminates dust and waste.

Martin Mersmann, ANZ sales manager at the company, said Roto-Lock has maintenance-free dosing, clean filling process and longer lasting components, which means higher productivity. He said, “There is no leakage at all, which means no waste and no dust, which all leads to greater profits, due to reduced product loss and reduced downtime."

The new Roto-Lock has no requirement for adjustments or readjustments to the dosing unit once installed, it creates a completely closed filling channel.

It now comes in all new Roto-Packer, Integra and Elementra packing solutions. It can also be retrofitted to existing machines.
