Provider of supply chain solutions, CHEP, part of the Brambles Group, has been certified for the third consecutive year as a Top Employer in Australia by the Top Employers Institute, and stands among a group of 17 organisations worldwide to achieve Global Top Employer certification.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing.

Commenting on the achievement, Victoria Pickles, human resources vice president for CHEP Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, Tὓrkiye and Africa said, "We are honoured to be recognised as a global Top Employer while also earning the Top Employer seal in Asia Pacific and Australia for the third time. In 2023, CHEP says it surpassed its 2025 goal of 40 per cent female representation on its board while achieving 36.3 per cent of women in management roles globally. It also continued to improve its safety performance, saying it delivered its best year on record with a 31 per cent reduction of injury rates based on FY20 levels.

The a2 Milk Company says it’s expecting mid to high single-digit revenue growth in FY25, updating its previous guidance of mid single-digit. EBITDA as a percentage of revenue is expected to be broadly in line with FY24. The company has also introduced a dividend policy.
