The Detmold Group has been named an Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards (ABA) 2024, marking the seventh time the company has earned this recognition.

The Employer of Choice (EOC) Award acknowledges organisations that develop workplace environments aimed at maximising the potential of their workforce through effective recruitment, engagement, and retention policies.

Kathleen Johnson, general manager of People and Culture at Detmold Group, said the company is proud to receive the award again this year. “The Employer of Choice Award highlights our commitment to our people, both locally and internationally,” she said.

Johnson further explained that by prioritising team members’ safety, well-being, and professional development, the company ensures its global workforce can thrive. “Operating as ‘One Company with One Culture’, we apply consistent policies and practices across our global business, while allowing for flexibility to support our diverse workforce,” she added.
