Kaeser Compressors Australia is celebrating a significant milestone for its senior applications engineer, Albin Hess, who marks 30 years with the company.

Hess becomes the third member of the current Kaeser Australia team to reach this impressive milestone – joining Craig Firth, business development – Service; and Mark Dudman, national sales manager.

“Reaching 30 years of service is an exceptional achievement and a testament to Albin’s dedication and professionalism,” said Dr Jarno Manzke, managing director of Kaeser Australia.

“His long-standing commitment and wealth of experience has significantly contributed to the success and continuity of Kaeser Australia.”

Since joining Kaeser Australia in 1995, Hess has played a key role in helping many businesses across Australia optimise their compressed air systems.

His extensive expertise in system design, efficiency improvements, and application solutions has made him a trusted advisor to colleagues and customers.

Over three decades, he has witnessed and embraced the ongoing technological advancements in compressed air solutions, supporting Kaeser’s mission to provide energy-efficient, high-performance systems tailored to meet evolving industry demands.

Hess said that even after 30 years, he still never gets bored, as the constant evolution of technology and the variety of industries he supports always gives him something new to learn and keep him engaged.

Recently, Kaeser Australia received certification from the internationally-recognised Great Place To Work, with 88 per cent of employees rating Kaeser as a great place to work, significantly exceeding the national average of 56 per cent.

Employees consistently highlighted the company's dynamic work culture, strong team support, and opportunities for professional growth.

“We are incredibly proud to have achieved Great Place to Work certification, as it reflects the strong culture we’ve built together, and also strengthens our position as an employer of choice, helping us attract and retain talented individuals who share our values and commitment to excellence,” concluded Jarno Menzke, managing director of Kaeser Australia.
