This will take its tally of manufacturing sites to 24 across 17 countries.

Ampacet aquired Allied Colour in August 2014 and proceeded to establish a plant in both Melbourne and Auckland, New Zealand.

The company then proceeded to acquire Oceania Plastics in December 2015.

"In the past 18 months we have added more than 30 per cent more people to the business, doubling the size of annualised sales revenue," George Pasti, sales and marketing manager – Australia & New Zealand, said.

Ampacet has a range of custom colour, special effect, black, white and specialty additive masterbatch for moulding and other processes and applications.
