Paper-based products company Kimberly-Clark has appointed Craig Smith as its new vice president and managing director in Australia and New Zealand (KCANZ).

Smith has successfully led the company's Canadian arm since March 2015, and was part of Kimberly-Clark North America’s leadership team.

He will strengthen the company's portfolio of brands such as Huggies, Kleenex, and U by Kotex.

Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Smith spent 13 years at General Mills, where he held various roles in marketing, channel, and business unit management.

He has relocated to Sydney for the role, taking over from Yuval Dagim, who has been the MD of KCANZ since July 2016.
