Amcor will be hosting a Big Ideas webinar with CMS Legal on 12 April, which features the topic "How to make sustainability claims on packaging: a focus on recyclability".

The webinar will address the challenges of claiming recyclability for packaging, and help attendees discover how to enhance consumer trust with factual recycling claims and third-party certification.

The do’s and don’ts of recycling claims will also be discussed to help ensure your on-pack labeling supports consumers in recycling more to keep packaging out of the waste stream.

Dr. Philine-Luise Pulst, senior associate CMS: Dr. Philine-Luise Pulst advises companies on trademark, design, and copyright as well as on unfair competition matters. She is specialised in IP enforcement issues and product liability cases. She has special pharma, medical device, consumer goods, and pesticides sector expertise. Philine-Luise joined CMS as a lawyer in 2017.

Remy Teuscher, sustainability manager, Amcor: Sustainability professional with more than 10 years of experience within the FMCG, automotive, energy, aerospace, and packaging sectors, Remy is passionate about the development and assessment of new packaging designs to gain greater sustainability performance. He joined the Amcor Flexibles EMEA Sustainability team six years ago.

Dr Nikolas Gregor, partner lawyer CMS: Dr. Nikolas Gregor specialises in intellectual property and competition law. He advises companies in the consumer and consumer goods industry as well as in the life sciences sector. His expertise includes advice and representation in trademark law, design law, know-how protection, marketing strategies, and related regulatory issues (medicine, food and cosmetics law, drug advertising law). Dr. Nikolas Gregor has been a lawyer at CMS since 2010 and has been a partner since 2018.

Piotr Nagalski, director of marketing for Snacks and Confectionery Amcor: Passionate marketer and business leader with rich international experience in the FMCG, healthcare, and automotive industries, Piotr led global, regional, and local brands as a marketing director with top multinational companies: Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, Goodyear. He joined the Amcor Flexibles EMEA Marketing team last year to head up marketing for snacks and confectionary business unit in the EMEA region.

Coles Group has reported FY26 group sales revenue of $45.58 billion, up 2.8 per cent, with EBIT excluding significant items up 9.9 per cent to $2.32 billion and NPAT excluding significant items up 13.7per cent to $1.26 billion.
